When you register on Ministry of Adventures, we collect your email address, name, and profile information you choose to provide (city, state, vehicles, bio). When you join clubs or register for events, we record that activity on your profile.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to operate the MOA platform — to display your profile, manage club memberships, process event registrations, and send you notifications relevant to your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Visibility
Your public profile (name, city, adventure history) is visible to other MOA users. Your email address is never displayed publicly. Club admins can see the names and contact details of members who have joined their club.
4. Cookies
MOA uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics may be added in future and will be disclosed here.
5. Data Security
All data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use HTTPS across all pages.
