1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on Ministry of Adventures ("MOA", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person. You must be 18 years or older to register.
3. Club Registration
Clubs are reviewed and approved by MOA administrators before going live. MOA reserves the right to decline or remove any club that violates community guidelines, posts misleading information, or engages in harmful activity.
4. Events and Safety
Adventure activities involve inherent risk. Club organisers are solely responsible for the safety, planning, and execution of their events. MOA is a discovery and registration platform — we are not the organiser of any event listed on the platform. Participants join events at their own risk.
5. Content
Users and club admins are responsible for the accuracy of content they post — event descriptions, images, dates, locations, fees. Do not post false, misleading, or harmful content. MOA may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use MOA to spam other users, impersonate individuals or clubs, collect user data without consent, or engage in any activity that violates Indian law.
7. Payments and Refunds
Paid event registrations, club memberships, and other purchases are processed through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms for that transaction. Fees for events and memberships are set by the organising club or MOA and are generally non-refundable once an event has occurred or a membership period has started, except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase. 8. Limitation of Liability
MOA is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or injury resulting from use of the platform or participation in any event listed on it.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data, including location, photos, and payment information, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
